In season, every Tuesday, Saturday and most Thursday evenings, you can settle down to an adventure of true western hospitality, Dutch oven cooking and live entertainment at its best! Enjoy a wonderful meal of a juicy 12-16 oz. Ribeye steak or grilled chicken breast accompanied by cowboy beans, baked potato, corn on the cob, and hot ranch biscuits & mouth watering cinnamon rolls along with iced tea, lemonade and cowboy coffee. Let us help you enjoy the time of your life with great rides to compliment your evening of real western hospitality, specializing in Dutch oven cooking of the best meal you can possibly enjoy in an atmosphere like no other - the beautiful mountains of New Mexico.
We offer ATV trips leaving at 3 pm for a 2 hour tour on Cowboy Evenings or a Horseback Ride leaving at 4 pm for an hour tour getting you back in time for dinner. There is a 10% discount for those with dinner reservations.
Jeff Fagan and Michael Smith (Hwy 38 Houndogs) will be appearing most Saturdays and Dulcimer Dan nightly throughout the summer, in addition to our special shows with Michael Martin Murphey and Syd Masters and the Swing Riders.
